Nailed down in New York With nearly half of its commercial vehicles classified as Door-to-Door, New York has the highest vehicle share of our cities for this category, likely due to its tight geography and density. The only city with single digit changes in all metrics, the city appeared to be operating at near-peak optimization and perhaps at its limits for last-mile activity. New York’s analysis captured 22,000 unique vehicles per quarter and nearly 7M quarterly Door-to-Door trips.
