• Offer two Diversity Engineering scholarships in North America for under-represented groups (Black and Indigenous). • Maintain current and new community partnerships to provide support and increase diversity in the tech community. • Continue to make a positive impact to charitable giving, corporate sponsorships and volunteer time through Geotab Cares, Geotab’s Corporate Social Responsibility programme designed to give back through the pillars of STEM, Environment, Safety and Community. • Continue supporting employee health and well-being through Geotab benefits programmes.
Geotab awarded 6 scholarships in 2024 to create opportunities for students: • Geotab Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Engineering Scholarship: in 2024, Geotab provided two 3,000 USD (around 2,300 GBP) awards to Black and/or Indigenous students pursuing a post-secondary education in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). • Brandon Walli Phones Down, Eyes Up Memorial Scholarship: in 2024, Geotab awarded four 2,500 USD (around 1,900 GBP) scholarships to graduating Canadian high school students pursuing a post-secondary education in music, arts or the creative arts.
• Geotab Cares: in 2024, Geotab donated 150,000 USD (around 116,000 GBP), a 50% increase from 2023, and supported over 35 initiatives and over 20 charitable organisations worldwide. • Over 10,000 USD (around 7,700 GBP) was raised for Flood Relief in Spain to support recovery and relief efforts. • 4 food drives to support the local community. • Almost 1,000 items of winter clothing, books and other goods were collected in the Geotab Donation Drive for Safetynet Children & Youth charities in Oakville, the Women’s Crisis Services of Waterloo Region and Start2Finish.

In 2024 Geotab continued to offer a variety of programmes and benefits to promote employee well-being, including: • Global Gym/Fitness programme: Providing a 50% reimbursement toward a monthly or annual membership at fitness centres. • Annual Step Challenge: Promoting physical activity and team building through a company-wide step challenge, with Geotabbers collectively taking over 42 million steps. • Telehealth virtual care: Offering convenient access to healthcare services for US and Canadian employees through convenient virtual care options including video calls, phone calls and mobile apps. • On-site massage therapy: Offering convenient access to registered massage therapy services at Geotab’s Oakville HQ.

• Continue to provide internal compliance training and education/awareness to employees. • Maintain a 100% completion rate for such training at the end of every year.
