Brandon Walli Phones Down Eyes Up Scholarship Awarded four 2,500 USD (around 1,900 GBP) scholarships to Canadian students pursuing a post-secondary education in the arts, creative arts or music. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Engineering Scholarship Provided two 3,000 USD (around 2,300 GBP) awards to Black and/or Indigenous students pursuing a post-secondary education in STEM.
#HeatwaveChallenge Volleyball tournament for SickKids Foundation in support of Childhood Cancer Research.
Winter clothing donations Almost 1,000 items of winter clothing, books and other goods were collected in the Geotab Donation Drive for Safetynet Children & Youth charities in Oakville, the Women’s Crisis Services of Waterloo Region , and Start2Finish .
Flood relief donation Over 10,000 USD (around 7,700 GBP) was raised for Flood Relief in Spain to support recovery and relief efforts.
Great Spoon Challenge Over 170 employees participated in the Great Spoon Challenge for the Seeds of Hope Foundation .
Movember Challenge 5,500 USD (around 4,300 GBP) raised for Movember. Geotab matched employee donations for Movember, an annual global event to raise awareness and funding for men’s health issues.
Kerr Street Mission’s Christmas Wonders “Adopt-a-Shelf” Programme Participated to help bring joy and warmth to families in the festive season. Employees collected baking and dessert items needed to help support family meals over the festive season.
