Sustainability governance Strong corporate governance is a critical part of Geotab’s sustainability efforts and key to accelerating progress towards goals. In 2024, we elevated overall accountability for managing and guiding our sustainability efforts to the Geotab Leadership team. This ensures that sustainability considerations are incorporated into business strategy and decision making, and that the mandate for operating sustainably is embedded at the highest level of the organisation. The Corporate Sustainability team now sits within Global Operations, fostering greater integration of sustainability across Geotab’s business and value chain. This collaborative structure enables Geotab to address sustainability challenges holistically while fostering innovation and resilience across its operations and creating long-term value.
