• 27.7% reduction in GHG emissions compared to baseline 2019.

Scope 2 (location-based) Emissions

• 87.5% reduction* in GHG emissions compared to baseline 2019. *Scope 2 (location-based) reductions reflect a strategic consolidation of facilities within high-intensity carbon grids. Additionally, the transition to an advanced carbon and energy management system has enabled access to the most current, localized emission factors available to date, allowing for a more accurate representation of our operational impact.

GHG Emissions

Scope 3 Emissions

• 45.9% increase in GHG emissions compared to baseline 2019.

Energy efficiency

• A new smart office lighting system was installed at our Madrid office with intelligent controls, timers and sensors to automatically adjust lighting levels based on occupancy and natural light, significantly reducing energy consumption.

Energy

Share of renewable energy

• In 2025, Geotab purchased renewable energy certificates (RECs) equivalent to approximately 16.3% of the electricity consumed at our Oakville headquarters.

Percent of waste diverted from landfills* *At HQ office in Oakville, Canada Total weight of recycled Geotab products and accessories* *via Geotab's GO Recycle programme in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the U.S Percent completion rate* for employee sustainability training *It measures the percentage of employees who successfully finished the sustainability training against the total number of employees enrolled in the modules. Percent of suppliers audited against public commitment to GHG reduction

• In 2025, our average diversion rate at our Oakville office saw a slight decrease to 85%, compared to 86.5% in 2024. Despite this shift in diversion rate, we managed business growth responsibly. In 2025, our global office attendance grew by 9.5% year-over-year, yet our total waste generation grew by only 7.8%. This indicates that our minimization efforts are effectively slowing the rate of waste generation even as our workforce grows.

E

Waste

• 3,800 kg of recycled Geotab products and accessories in 2025 via the GO Recycle programme, representing a 52% year-over-year increase compared to the appx. 2,500 kg recycled in 2024.

• Continue advancing employee sustainability training by enhancing content, delivery methods, and engagement strategies to increase participation and knowledge retention. • By 2030, 100% of our top 10 suppliers (by spend) made a public commitment to GHG reduction.

• Geotab achieved a cumulative total of more than 800 completed sustainability training modules, nearly doubling our 2024 total. This 87% year-over-year increase demonstrates our team's growing capability to integrate sustainability into Geotab’s core operations. *Geotab developed internal training modules on a range of topics including sustainability reporting, GHG inventory and fleet emissions. The purpose of these modules is to educate our staff and increase internal awareness and understanding of these important issues, in order to promote organizational fluency.

Environmental Training

• At the end of 2025, 60% of our top 10 suppliers (by spend) are now reporting to CDP.
