Cultivating environmental advocates To align our collective efforts and increase internal expertise, Geotab offers sustainability training for employees. To ensure a shared baseline of knowledge, this training is now mandatory for every new employee joining our team. We recently updated our materials to include fresh content and specialized tools, all available 24/7 on the Geotab MyLearning platform. These updated modules provide Geotabbers with the technical insights needed to champion sustainability within their specific roles. This commitment to education saw significant growth in 2025. Geotab achieved a cumulative total of more than 800 completed sustainability training modules, nearly doubling our 2024 total. This 87% year-over-year increase demonstrates our team's growing capability to integrate sustainability into Geotab’s core operations. GO Green Team Geotab’s GO Green Team, a dedicated group of employee volunteers, serves as an important internal engine for positive environmental change and community stewardship. Bridging the gap between corporate strategy and grassroots action, the GO Green Team ensures Geotab’s sustainability goals are realized through meaningful, localized projects. In 2025, the team participated in park cleanups, e-waste diversion, and a native seed initiative in partnership with Oakvillegreen to directly enhance urban biodiversity.
